Two things, really:
1) Freedom. Sandlot removes many of the adult contacts (coaches/officials) and gives kids a less structured sports experience. Kids participate in making teams, improvising rules, and decision-making throughout the game. Kids thrive in environments where they get to make decisions, adjustments and have the freedom to fail. There is less pressure at Sandlot. Here - kids can be kids and just play sports with their peers in an advanced learning environment.
2) Customization. Everything at Sandlot is customized to not just kids - but the specific group of kids. We have a wide variety of gear and games that can be adapted to every group based on their skills, interests and engagement. Sandlot games are unique. This is nothing like your kids will play at their league sports.
